I grow paprika peppers. 🌶️ they’re not the same as bell peppers but similar. My husband smokes them and I freeze dry them, powder and yeah, smoked paprika

I'm anything but a foodie, so I'm looking for help. I've eaten seafood tacos in Mexico that had a creamy cabbage salad topping similar to this. For me, it's better than the fish or shrimp themselves. I don't know what it's called though. Perhaps it's just a regional thing in western Mexico?

Yes paprika is ground up red bell pepper but not the type we can buy here. 🙂💖🐈🐈‍⬛🌈

Yup. They are usually a bit smaller than red bell peppers but have very thick flesh and are called paprika peppers or pimento type peppers. But good garden grown red peppers are good dehydrated amd powdered. And I sometimes smoke them about a 1/2 hour before dehydrated lol. Smoked paprika lol

Y’all are supposed to wash the stuff out of the containers even the bag that it comes in. My friends, mom and dad worked at a place that bagged and packaged you know the plastic containers. The places is extremely dirty it’s not well kept.🤮🤮🤮
