Onions - 1/2 pc.
Vegetable oil for frying
Butter - 10 g.
Meat or vegetable broth - 150 g.
Cream - 100 g.
Oregano - 1/2 pc.
salt
Black pepper
Parmesan - 15 g.
Parsely
Garlic - 1 clove

Making this now, and it's delish! Didn't have parmesan, so used mozzarella. Letting simmer so it thickens up a bit. Then on to egg noodles!👏🏻👍🏼😘

This is a happy kitchen. fresh ingredients, little butter, not forgetting the cream and the music. I bet this will taste super delicious, maybe a splash of port it enhances the favour of the mushrooms ❤

Did you mean flavor..lol and also Port would be to over powering to the mushrooms. But a nice rich Cabernet Sauvignon would be better

For the cream what did you use exactly the video says sour cream but the consistency it’s more liquid and the description says just cream?
