Hi, I just watched the recipe .. about to make Firni with 5ltrs milk , first asked recipe from mom and then saw yours .. everything is same (except ghee), stirring constantly is the key ❤ Will try ghee today ..

loved the recipe! even I make firni like this! the best part about this is that it doesn't need any expensive cream or condensed milk. so simple yet the best firni I've ever had!
