Sometimes we don't have a lot of time to cook a 2 hour meal, right? Me - as a mother of 2 little children - can relate ツ
But quick can be tasty, you know? Wanna bet? ツ
You need:
♥ 9oz pasta
♥ 2 salmon fillets
♥ 4 cloves of garlic
♥ 1/2 cup of milk
♥ 1/2 cup of cream
♥ 1 cup of sieved tomatoes
♥ 1 tbsp. tomato paste
♥ 2 tsp. vegetable broth pulver
♥ olive oil
♥ salt & pepper
1. Cut the garlic into cubes
2. Roast the garlic in a pan with olive oil
3. Add the salmon fillets and chop in in the pan when tender
4. Add salt and pepper
5. Add the tomato paste
6. When the salmon is ready, deglaze with cream, milk and sieved tomatoes
7. Add vegetable broth pulver and turn to medium heat
8. Cook pasta and add it.
9. Enjoy ♥
