6 жыл бұрынHey Dope People! Just in time for Super Bowl Sunday here is a quick and easy spinach dip. Its super creamy and better than those chain restaurants. Exact ingredients are listed below and do me a HUGE favor and follow me on IG @dopechickscook...
16oz Bag of Fresh Spinach
1 cup diced artichoke hearts (canned marinated in oil is fine)
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cups mozzarella cheese
2 garlic cloves, minced
3 to 4 ounces of cream cheese
3 to 4 tablespoons of sour cream
1/2 cup of heavy cream
3 tablespoons of fresh grated Parmesan (or to your taste)
Seasoning also to taste
Salt
Pepper
Onion Powder
Garlic Powder
Cayenne Pepper

I'm about to try making this for my moms birthday today as a surprise! This is her all time favorite thing to eat when she's out of the house that isn't food from our culture. This recipe looks so good, I'm so hyped to try this out in a few minutes!

Great vid! TY 4 it. I'm so doing this! I love mine thick n creamy too. A good way to make it thicker and creamer is to add some all purpose flour into the pan with the garlic and spices. 😉👍🏽

I'm making this right now. I don't have motz cheese so using mont jack. Going to add lil dash of nutmeg. But not changing anything else...this is best recipe I've come across for fresh spinach n artichoke dip. Your style of cooking is right up my alley. Great job and thank you!!

Ok made this exactly as you said. I found that I had to reduce my cream and cream cheese separately. Also, I used plain artichokes in water that's a mistake, the oil or the brine is what makes the artichokes sooo good. Thanks for the recipe awesome job not your fault mine was a little runny for my taste!

If you are going to use a crock pot, use frozen spinach. Just make sure you squeeze all the water out of the spinach prior to cooking.
