You’ll never want that boxed Mac & Cheese again after trying this recipe! Super quick, creamy, and delicious!!
INGREDIENTS:
16oz of pasta noodles of your choice
8oz of velvetta cheese, diced small
1 cup of cheese of your choice, shredded
3 tbs of butter
1.5- 2 cups of milk
2 tbs of sour cream
1 tsp of garlic powder
Black pepper (as much as desired)
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Start by boiling your pasta according to the directions on the box. I do recommend under boiling your pasta by a minute or 2 b/c it will continue to cook as you make the cheese sauce. (Don’t forget to salt your water!)
2. Once pasta is finished, drain it and put it back in the pot. Add your butter and stir until noodles are coated and butter is completely melted.
3. Turn your stove to about medium heat and add in about a cup and a half of your milk along w/ the diced velvetta. Stir until cheese has completely melted.
4. Add your shredded cheese and sour cream and stir until melted and combined. Stir in remaining milk if you feel like it needs it.
5. Season w/ garlic powder and as much black pepper as desired.
