That's because you didn't follow all the steps. You missed to write the command /set messages greet msg: {embed: embed name} Hi {user}

There could be multiple reasons. I'm guessing you're trying to copy the link directly. Try opening the image or that divider in your browser first and then copy the image link or address. That should do the trick :))
