Learn how to insert fields to create a fillable form and then if you want to learn how to form was created keep watching and I'll show you how I created the fillable form from scratch. I'll then demonstrate how to save the fillable form as a word doc, PDF and template. The fillable form can be protected with a password. As well as the fillable form you will also learn how to insert and customise tables, insert and format images and shapes and how to create text in the small spaces of your word document.

Thank you Lisa so much. But now I can't figure out how to use the TAB button on my keyboard to easily go to different sections of my form. When I TAB the dialogue box just gets bigger.

Lisa! AWESOME TUTORIAL! I'm subscribed! I do have a quick question, however... when I create the form, it seems like the actual form MOVES as I type in the text boxes (I have a big Narrative Summary box I'm using). Is there a way to keep the form from moving when filling it in? Using the Restrict Editing doesn't seem to work! The box moves to the next page

I'm trying to make an invoice for my client. I want her to be able to edit certain parts but not others. Is there a way to just lock certain parts and send it in Word, instead of a PDF?

Can anyone help I have created my form protected the form enabling others to only edit my text boxes and check boxes but the biggest issue I’m having is that after form is complete and sent the client cannot edit the form. Shaded text boxes and check boxes are no longer there. When saved as word form is also distorted and saved as adobe allows you to edit but not in the text box because they are no longer there. Pls help 🙏😆

Hi Lisa Great video Is there a way i can use my pen to get my forms signed . Once the form is protected the draw functions are greyed out and have not found a work around. Thanks sean

Have you tried inserting a digital signature? It works the same way as inserting an image.

@LisaDoe I bought a laptop that customers can sign a job sheet on competition so don't know how I would stand if there was an issue ? if it is a digital signature as they could say I just imported it later 🙈 If you think of a work around it would be greatly appreciated 🙂
