Can you also share more details about the b roll videos? Like how many fps do you shoot and edit? How to avoid shaky speed ramps? Cause I have a DJI Ro in RS2 but when I try to speed ramp it feels the video is smooth but not enough to do speed ramp

How do you go about doing these effects to sounds? I mostly work in premiere pro which means when I edit the clips in AE the music isn't there? Do I need to edit and make adjustments going back and forth between PR and Ae or am I missing something simple lol? I struggle with this when nesting clips as well. I do try and make the transitions of the clips on beat.
