If you look towards the bottom of the Picasa screen, just above the icons for Upload, Email, Print etc, you'll see a 'slider' bar - click and hold the button on this bar and drag it right or left to increase or decrease the size of the pics and have more or less showing at a time.

Sorry about the delay. It depends which folders you 'tell' Picasa to scan when it first installs. Chances are, you'll only see 'My Pictures', which is the default. If you want it to look in more folders, click on the File menu and 'add folder to Picasa'.

Right now my album displays only 2 rows of pics across. How do I get more than 2? I've had as many as 6 across but it seems to reconfigure itself. Is there anyway to control this?
