But uhh... You can just buy a wire bending jig for like $10 without risking cutting your fingers off or having to buy a welder and grinder. You can even see they use a clamp from wire bending kits and the tool for bending bigger hoops/curves.

As a person who owns a cutoff wheel/dremmel and an angle grinder, I'm immensely impressed you've kept all your fingers. Those things love to run all over the place, especially when cutting metal. When I had to cut my exhaust, but didn't want to buy a Sawzall, I truly felt like one mistake, and i would find myself slicing my gas tank. Safe tool operation is more important than what you're working on. Good job, though.

Provided enough room. I think an angle grinder is a better option than a Sawzall on an exhaust. I can see some spots being harder to reach. Still a better cut. And less vibration.

Одно дело переделка плоскогубцев в какую-нибудь ерунду, когда такие заводские продаются по доллару за жменю, а другое сладить спец.инструмент, врядли имеющий промышленные аналоги. Так что слишком спорно, я тоже думаю полуляхов маловато будет 🖖

For whoever see this, please, never... never use a grinder like that, you can easily lose your hand. Ignoring the fact that is absurd modify a pliers to make a tool you can buy, use a bench.
