In ‪@vectorworks‬ the Graphic Legend tool is extremely powerful ! But I had a hard time at first understanding how I could use it to create a flexible Instrument Summary (Fixture Schedule) for Lighting Plots and corresponding paperwork.

After looking online I could not find a video corresponding to my basic requirements. Hopefully this is helpful for you ! Note that there are hundreds of methods to create relevant documentation in ‪@vectorworks‬ and I thoroughly welcome any enhancements or suggestions you might have in mind !
