Yes, if you have a registered business it's better. Use your business document for registration, then everything will be on your business name only. Also, you can change on invoice name as you want.

you can try to choose a relevant category according to your website. I haven't tried gaming till now so I can't say sure. but the best trick is to make website just for education and apply for that. once you get approval then you can use gaming or other category also.
