Great video! How i use the adjustments for capcut? i just downloaded it but how i open it on capcut?

Go into adjustments tab on the left panel, go into luts and click import, select the luts you downloaded and you will get those in that option, drag it on top and you are good to go ✨

3:03 you don't need to do that, the default tilda key(which is under the Esc) works just fine

I don't think it is the right method of teaching to give absolute values and absolute rules in issues concerning design. Everything including design is subjective. The settings you choose depend on your purposes, what your client needs and the type of look you're going for. You can absolutely place lights in front of your subject and get a cinematic look if you know what you're doing.
