Glad you like it. After Effects does not support 3d objects you can render the stills from blender and then import them in after effects.

Do you know how could i export this as an gltf glb file to use with threejs, because when i export it i loose the glass shaders it just looks white

I am not familiar with the glb file, only if the shaders are compatible with the format then they will be exported.

well made tutorial but even when i made exactly like in this video it came out way different it was like no effect at all (6:13 was part where it wasnt same anymore)

Yes it is, it's just simple 3D text.
