UTRECHT is a town in the Netherlands.. pronounced OU (like YOU without the Y) TREKT (like a TREK up a mountain with T on the end)…. For Dutch pronunciation you can roll that R a bit! 🇳🇱🎨🖌️🖼️

Cat, I love the fact you are a Julia Child fan! She was a real hoot and we owe so much to her. I was fortunate to win a scholarship from the JC Foundation back in 2005. It allowed me to go to France and eventually set up "The Week of Tastes" here in Australia, a program based on La Semaine du Gout developed by the French.

I'm impressed at how easily you insert the top onto your fine liner bottles. It is sooo difficult for me. What is your secret?

@@lindabarnett7653 Ahhhh, that is a tricky little booger. It just takes patience. You might like the plastic applicators with no silver pin better. Much easier to use. Do you have my complete supplies list? It's listed on that. Leave your email and I'll email it to you.

It's a heavier blue paper towel. These are usually sold in hardware stores with tools and lawnmowers!

I am wondering why your videos only use the centre third of the screen? The odd person use s the same method and it is difficult to see the details. Most videos take advantage of the whole screen.
