Thank you for all these great inspirations. I used to build terrain and paint miniatures so much when I was 12-16 and then stopped due to money and time constraints. Now, almost 20 years later, I'm short on neither anymore and looking forward to get back into the hobby. I'm gonna burn a mountain of cash on this and I haven't felt this kind of childlike joy in years ^_^

I‘m so excited to finally try this out myself! Got my box in time for christmas (which I didn‘t expect with the delay and shipping to Germany) - which is awesome because that means I actually have the time to do so :D I want to say thank you. I love your channel. You can always tell how much work, dedication and love goes into the videos (both the video and the actual builds). To me it’s really fascinating to see the process how you can turn so much of daily stuff or packaging among other things into art. It’s so creative and your builds always turn out great. And now your magic has found it‘s way into my living room where I will hopefully make just as great builds :)

Man... I don't know why you don't have million subscribers by now... All that content and skill is free to everyone... All your efforts all your great advice and content... You deserve more and.. To be honest... People should at least push a button... It doesn't cost them anything, it doesn't use up their precious storage... I alway subscribe to every talented person that is on you tube just to support them and say thank you. Keep going man... The building looked great to me as it was. You didn't have to remove the stone from the upper part of the structure, and by the way Neil have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year and to your family, relatives and friends. Looks awesome - can't wait to see what you turn it into! Also hope you and your family had a great Christmas! About milliput - if you mix a little playdoh into it, it becomes softer and it makes it a lot easier to sculpt details like those hinges - would probably work best if you sculpted them directly on the door. It does make curing slower, but it still cures hard.

The thumbnail had me first think it was going to be a gingerbread house. :P Before you decided to scrap the second floor, having the building be mostly made of stone did look like it could be something else than an inn. I had strong vibes of a police station of some sort, maybe the head quarters for the city guard, the place where they gather for administartive stuff and process arrests before sending people to gaol.

Would be cool if the kit included a downloadable file for a cutting machine like Cricut instead of paper templates you have to manually cut out. That's just me being lazy. Lol. But for reals though. Just got my Builders Kit last night! Already built the base of the forge and hut, but I saw a couple issues. Part 21 is different from the guide, its too short and not wide enough, and then there are four parts labeled 2, that aren't on the guide! :( Also, the digital template for the Tavern isn't on the page that the QR code leads to, it says "Builders-kit-tavern-template", but there isn't any way to download it.

Neil you are an amazing artist. Maybe you can do a slow detailed video building for example a blacksmith (does not even matter what you create) while talking us thru it step by step. I find this very relaxing as the combination of your skills and voice really bring my mind at rest…. Take hours if you want… I am sure I am not the only one that thinks so. Keep up the fantastic work.

the things you said about how people have become couldn't be more true. i think these days, with how much more media people consume, how much more people are exposed to each other through social media, its become so easy to spread hate. Its almost the norm now to just be pessimistic and angry. watching people like yourself who just do things they enjoy is amazing

maybe you're right, the upper floor is hanging over too far for it being stone and everything... I felt sorry you had to cut it out, though. I also noticed you did it carefully, maybe we will see the wall pieces in another project one day? never throw away what could be used for a build. :D merry xmas and happy and prosperous new year. ^^
