Ultimately, to achieve the change you desire, you must create a vision of what you want.
A vision is similar to a goal in that it provides something you want at some point in the future. A vision is, in many ways, loftier than a goal, in that it is an ideal future state. A good, clear vision will generate passion, energy, and excitement. It can give you meaning-a reason why you exist.
A strong vision will act as a template, a guide, as to how you live your life. It leads to change, transformation, and in the end, reinventing yourself into the reality of your own choosing. When you set a large goal, like a vision, you may experience anxiety and stress, causing you to hesitate. Recognize that this is natural, especially when taking actions aligned with your vision. Instead of hesitating, use the techniques covered earlier, such as riding out the discomfort associated with fear, doubts, or anxiety.
Learn to be comfortable with the discomfort knowing it will pass when you take action in line with your vision. A vision is the key requirement for growth and reinvention. It will require you to change. However, some people are reluctant to change, not necessarily out of fear but because they will have to give up some secondary gain (the benefits of not facing or addressing a problem). What benefits do people get from staying locked in their current situation? Why would anyone be reluctant to improve his or her circumstances? The reasons are a little complicated.

I literally just had an anxiety full blown attack so much that thoughts were spiraling beyond control. My higher mind told me to put airpods in and listen to something to get out of my own head. I manifested my current living situation without even realizing it. I've always had a desire to be in the vicinity of NYC, particularly in the Upper West Side of New York, along the 2 and 3 subway lines. For years, it was just a dream and a vision without a clear path. But, one day, I found myself living along the 2 and 3 subway lines, and it didn't dawn on me until months later while riding the train. I looked around and thought, "Wow, I wished to live here a year and a half ago, and here I am." So, my story is one of manifestation, as I continue to live in that very place to this day.

I make my Bed everyday, as my 1st accomplishment. Everything else is on a schedule, some may float to a different single or multiple tasks. Up to 145 lbs lost. Outside Grammarly updates required me to re-edit; but it’s good as it makes the result better. Decluttering oversized Clothes also is positive, along with a personal photo to see & admire the changes! I choose multiple goals that are All incorporated in that Vision. Don’t let others interrupt the process, that’s on them! Stay in Peace as much as you can. Routines are key!

It is a continual process, of bounderys, for what is not desired, there are trillions of choices for things not desired, by keeping the vision focused future facing, it reduced the friction, for the choices will alight through time of interweaving connected systems that become apparent shortly after allowing all to fall away of the preceived necessity, This at least is what we have found so far. 51:00 Seems to discuss this a bit.

I’ve been a curious listener for about a year now. I’ve found many helpful and interesting episodes from you, Brian, but I have found this one to be most profound! I am approaching another birthday and a time of reflection. I have been pursuing a new career for myself this past year and have found myself getting frustrated and stuck. I’ve been feeling over and over that each thing I try just isn’t quite right. I’m leaning in to what lights me up and exploring what that is. I’ve found a way to be still and allow those spaces to come forward. This episode was so aptly timed for me! Brian, if there was ever a new Bible, you would have a Gospel. I know you'd probably not be comfortable with that, but what I mean is that we can fall into the thought that all 'spiritual' teachers and events were in the the ancient times. When in fact there were no 'ancient' times, those people that lived amongst Aristotle or Jesus were just living their normal, probably hum-drum existences and these historical characters were just people of their time. They didn't know they were living in a 'special time', just as, we, probably won't ever know what time 'we' live in because we will be dead before enough distance from this era has passed for an it to be given an objective label. Either way, thank you for everything you do. x
