Your daughter did a beautiful job with the folding the pages. It does look very tedious and I’m proud of here for sticking with it. Kudos to her! I’m going to start painting, decoupaging, put on rub on transfers and such. I’ve been collecting a few things to get started and I’m starting with an old trunk. Wish me luck!

Hi Heather, Love your work! My fave was the birdhouse with big floral on the front with a little distressed paint on the rest. I believe it was project 3. The texture of the wood and the fine detail on the paper complimented each other so well. Muah chef's kiss! 😘

The bird house is my favorite but I would have painted the house white and the roof black. I think it would show up the paper more.

That’s so awesome to bring your kiddos into creativity! Mine always were, it paid off for them all! Then my grandkiddo’s, & making sure my great granddaughter does as well!! They’re all such beautiful art pieces! Love the book! I’d love to make one that I can put on my family picture area going down the stairs, that would be so eye popping for a family wall!!

The Ikea box was a challenge and turned out good. I received a book like that from the previous homeowners when we bought our house, I think it says Home. I have a few birdhouses thanks for the ideas.

Love 💕 that your daughter made that Create Book it’s fantastic. Just to let you know if not mistaken there’s one Goodwill by the pound in Jacksonville double check. I live in Ocala and ours was closed when COVID hit. Just double check since they have closed a lot of them.

Girl, use a balled up piece of saran wrap to smooth out those wrinkles or Dry, cheap kitchen sponge! It works EVERY TIME! ❤️❤️❤️ HOPE THAT HELPS 😁 it doesn't HAVE to be Saran wrap either. I've used all different types of scrap plastic like sandwich bags, wrappers for my IOD molds, etc...

Add more liquid patina underneath and then use cling wrap to smooth it out. I never make cuts until it's completely dry 😉

I wouldn’t worry about no Goodwill in your state because their prices are out the roof recently. Last 2 times I was there, l left empty handed-not a single idea worth their price.
