How I love your channel. I am of Norwegian descent but our family came to the US over 150 years ago. So our Norway traditions have stayed the same while the culture in actual Norway has grown and changed over time. We jokingly call ourselves “Scandish” even tho we are so far removed in time, that we’re really just ‘American’ at this point. People who have grown up in Wisconsin are called “Sconnys”. So we are “Scandish from Sconny.” Imagine my joy in finding your channel- like being back in my grandmothers house- so clean and simple, except we obviously had loads of Dairy. 🐮 (Hello Wisconsin). I just watched your question and answers(2 years ago)!!!! But just to comment I do enjoy coming home from Church on Sundays and immediately switch the TV on to watch. I agree I have 2 teenage boys and life is busier than when they were little. They have school, very active in sport commitments and even have a high school job but we always get time together in the evenings around the dinner table and talk.
