Love the build! Nord beach is always something i struggle with thematically. When you said about a seperate bedroom i suddenly thought youd missed a trick, double porch with bedroom behind the windows (sofa out front, just to max the view). Technically on the porch, after removing the doorway if youd built a wood wall the roof should snap right on. Love the posts for supports, if you add another on top & remove the original you can snap the fencey bits on & then resnap the post you actually want. I really think F4 will be remembered for settlements, its the 1 area that truely fired up its community! More builds please 😃

Nice. What's the rent on this place? Since everything is pop-tops now, I'm a little short on caps, so... 🤷‍♂ I had an interesting idea for a future project for you. Find a spot along a road, and build a little strip mall type place. Have one store be Institute themed, another Brotherhood, another Minutemen, etc. You could use different building types for each, and decorate with appropriate odds and ends. A one-stop shop for everyone in the Commonwealth. Also, you complained about it taking so long, but it was only 20 minutes. 😉

Cute build for the issue adding wood pieces to warehouse pieces. You can put a wood wall on the porch area and then snap the wood roof to that and store the wood wall.

I love adding "roofie porchie thingies" myself. It can really make a home feel more cozy! Also, It's ironic me seeing you do a Vanilla Build at Nordhagen. The first video I ever watched of yours was the Nordhagen Western Town. Time sure does fly. 😊

Don't feel bad, building with mods is still time consuming. The only real difference is, on Playstation we have the place anywhere stick, but it can still be troubling at times. It might make things easier, but not so much faster.

2:00 when things don’t snap but looks like they should it really helps to rotate the object constantly because eventually the game will reach a snapping point 9:00 I think the campfire method works well here, since you can sink down the pillar to the desired height Maybe add a barn outhouse on the side outside!

under structures-wood-prefab there is one with that roof and has post already with it but has no legs for the porch thingie
