Over having to manually place enemies on the map (I think that's what you were talking about?) I'm pretty sure Godot have an in engine way to implement scenes into your tile maps so you can place them in your tile map just like regular tiles. Well, even if you don't use it, maybe someone else reading the comment can find some new useful feature for their game.
