Hi. I'm curious, because nobody ever modelled or sculpted a Disney character with high definition and realistic eye rigging and expression. Something like what an AI would achieve but mostly in youtube videos were limited to what someone could model or sculpt a high definition Cartoon Character.

i WISH i had lovely tutorials like these when I was learning 3D, even while im a Maya person (coming from 3ds max) have these fundamental and most important steps is all you will ever need to become a great artist. The rest really is details, if you can do low poly characters like this, you can make anything. Thanks again, Grant!

This is so cool, your videos are always so useful. Would you always do the blob man phase even for characters mostly clothed or would you go straight to the clothing part

And apologies one other I'm sure very obvious question but when you add the second level of detail to the blob man 1:15 in the blocky ico spheres gain lots of subdivisions as you start to brush them. Is that a modifier or tool within the sculpt mode? I don't see you apply a modifier so it seems automatic. Thank you

what is your take on combining UE5 with Blender? checked out few videos of people modelling in blender and then using Unreal to render - seems like it is faster than cycles and has a few interesting features with light👀

great video, thank you. I would be interested to hear how long it actually took you to make the character and if this is a method you will now use and roughly once your used to it how much time you might save?

This is for a specific low/mid poly output so i might not use this approach so much for more detailed characters. This process took around 6 - 8 hours but i think i can get that down to about 6

I've worked with Softimage a long time ago. We built libraries of hands, feet and hair types (unrigged). Is this the same with Blender, making libraries of different parts for add ons (beginnings) when character modeling?
