Creating Chinese Angpao Artwork using Default Brushes in Adobe Illustrator

Welcome to my latest video where I take you through the creation process of a Chinese Angpao inspired by the recent Chinese New Year festivities. Watch as I craft a Chinese wood dragon artwork in Adobe Illustrator using only default brushes.
In this tutorial, I'll demonstrate how I create custom brushes to bring this design to life. Follow along as I walk you through the 3 key stages of the artistic process: sketching, lining, and coloring, each contributing to the final piece.
Stay till the end to witness the unveiling of the completed artwork, presented in a traditional Chinese Angpao.

I liked that u included ur free time in the video, some times in this kind of videos looks like the ilustrator works continuously, but take breaks and give air to the workflow is part of the creation peocess too.

doing this process on the Ipad has increased my workflow incredibly, ive been doing it solo in Illustrator for years wit the same process but it always felt too restricted, as an artist we work best when digital feels as natural as traditional so working in a non vectorized app really gives more freedom to the "sketching" part

Hiiii, love your artstyle! I switched to digital drawing in PS after the trauma of doing vector artworks in AI using a mouse.
