The other day I asked for YOU to submit any DIY ideas you had! I wanted to recreate a few of them in today's video. I also tried out a different style of filming for this one (sort of like a trial and error style) so we can DIY together! I hope you love this video.

Just a quick tip, whenever you film a video set the voice recorder on your phone, just in case you loose the audio from the camera you kinda have a backup on your phone 😉😉😉

For the third project, I’ve seen at micheals that they sell light bulb vases or jars that are already hollowed out, so you don’t have to go through all the trouble of broken glass

I think it would be a little less of a hassle with the flower box if you just put in florist foam at the bottom of the box, kept the stems on the flowers and just arranged them in the sponge. wouldn't have to mess with the glue and would be easy to customise or just take apart for other projects

Love that tassel pillow! And the light bulb, after you’ve done it a time or two, it does get easier. And an FYI, if you do this to a frosted/or white bulb, just put some table salt in the bulb and shake. All the white comes right out. Super simple! ❤️💜💚

Stains: rub a little washing up liquid (Dawn or Fairy) into the stain then rinse with cold water . Works for anything,even greasey ones. Old blood may take a repeat or two.

For the Rose DYI, I would’ve used some sort of insert for a hidden compartment to make it pretty yet practical

Love the video. I was just thinking that the last pillow with the chevron tassels could be a little bit easier if you do a running stitch in the chevron shape first and attach the tassels to that instead. It would definitely do less damage to the pillow, leaving less of a margin or error for less advanced creators. Great job though! I'm loving your videos!

These are all great! I’m not going to lie, I would have been scared of the bulb one😂😂 my favorite was the first and the last! I feel like I’d turn the first one into just 100% string art rather than for pictures but I know my daughter would live to do it with the pictures! And you had me cracking up! I love your sense of humor!!!!

For future glass accidents, damp bread is good for picking up bits of broken glass. Or, like me, you could just use a dust pan & brush. Drew's face 🤣🤣 I think, for the cushion/pillow, it would be best to trim the tassels when you are finished putting them in. My favourites were the notice board & the cushion!

The thinner yarn on the pillow makes it look so much more expensive than if you used chunky yarn. 😍😍

I love the lightbulbs to use like routers, but my household avoids glass. I have recently found some black wires solar lamps at dollar tree. The bulbs are smaller and a very shiny, clear plastic. For just a dollar, they could easily be repurposed and the parts left for future projects. I think I want to macrame some jute for the hanger. Thanks for the inspiration! ❤❤❤

A little tip to cut the tassels, just cut a piece of cardboard in the size you want and then wrap the yarn around as many times as needed, and just cut at one size and voila you have your yarn strings of the same size without having to measure every time you make a new tassel :)

Those little wires inside are filaments. I welded those on my first job ever, working at Sylvania Tube Co. At the age of 18 in 1966. Only I did the tiny little tubes for tv's & radios. Acient...right...lol. when they used tubes

My 99 cent store used to carry those bulb shaped vases and they were all set to go for that DIY, I would think that's what they used instead of real bulbs (since it looks so dangerous). Loved how all your projects turned out!! Excited to try that tassle one, looks beautiful!!
