This is a great idea to use up Lace and trims. I made the fabric strip tassels and tearing them messed up my neck and shoulder for 2 weeks. So now I know what I can use instead. of course I could just use my pinking shears instead of ripping them into small strips. this is a great alternative solution.

I am so happy you did this tutorial. I just couldn’t believe it was that easy. Well maybe the dangle of pearls and rhinestones not so much. Love how these look. I just need to go back to my jewelry making days and remember how to wire wrap and such to make ones as beautiful as yours. I love how you attached some secret ones on the eyelash trim. It’s like a little surprise when you really look at that tassel. Looks so pretty on the journal front.

Just gorgeous! I have a question...how in the heck did you secure anything tied to that "un"-fun fir?! Did you add glue? It never stays tied for me. TFS Lil hugs xo

Your lace tassel is gorgeous! I cant wait to dig into my laces and make some. Where can I find the garment clasps? I might jazz up some safety pins until I can get to the store. I could probably attach it to the journal with a pretty paper clip as long as I didnt make it too heavy....and I'm off! Thank you so much for the inspiration. ❤❤

I’ve had them for years, but you find these types of things in the yarn section. They’re basically different types of yarns. Hope that helps. xoxo ~Jenifer
