Hello and welcome, chickens. Thank you so much for joining me here again today.
It's a great day for a little crafting project. A fun filled project using a single sheet of paper, whether A4 or US Letter size, for our Christmas journal or as a happy mail.

Angela, Thank you for sharing your talent with us. My husband was diagnosed almost 3 years ago with Stage 4 Pancreatic Cancer which has spread to other parts of his body. Such a joyful pocket of christmas spirit Miss A! So happy to make these this evening, as I've been volunteering at our Church's Christmas Fair selling toys and white elephant bric-a-brac and I scored an A4 laminator for 20pence, now that is a bargain, as well as a bottle of The Famous Grouse and a box of biscuits in the raffle! so its been a very Joyful day indeed and finished off by making these wee magic pockets. I’ve watched this three times ! The first time I forgot to like and leave a message so went back in and watched again and again forgot so here’s the third watch and I love what you’ve done. I might try this with the ❤twenty odd tags I printed by mistake!!! Never a dull moment in my house 😂😂😂. Think cabin fever is setting in. 🤣🤣🤣 love you,❤️🌹🤶🏻

🤦‍♀️Angela you’ve done it again! I thought I had everything worked out for my “Sainsbury Shop Assistant gifts”, now you go and add a cute little booklet that’s soooo adorable how could I not add this too ?! We have signed up to a system with H.P. Where we sign up for inks and you get so many prints a month for a price and then when your ink is running down it automatically sends your ink out to you. We’ve just had to increase our price to £9.99 which gives me 300 sheets from 6th Dec to 6th January, any we don’t use 🥴😂😂 get carried forward to the next month. You can increase at anytime within the month but I think you have to wait till the end of the month if you want to decrease. At the moment I’ve only got standard copier paper because Hubby had bought a box, but when we reorder shortly 😉, I’m going to get a higher gsm maybe 100 or 120 depending on the cost . When you think of the price of inks I think ours would be nearly £100 or more to refill so it’s worth it. They have different plans but at the moment I’m managing on 300 a month!😂😂

The little booklets are so cute and I’ve managed to make them even more cute by finding a little mini booklet which was a freebie download off Pinterest so I’ve made 20 of those and they just tuck nicely into the pocket made from the “folded up” page of your booklet idea. The thing which makes the mini booklet really adorable is they had various labels but the first was an absolute must have….. Christmas Secrets!……it had to be. 🥰 I thought I was doing really well, I still had until the 22nd December to finish off all the gifts. Then Thursday the hospital rang and I’m now booked in for the hysterectomy I’ve waited 2 years for on Monday 18th December 🤦‍♀️. I’ve suddenly lost a whole week before Christmas so I’m running round like a headless chicken 😆trying to get them finished for this Friday instead of next week. Hey Ho at least I’m not cooking Christmas Day we are going to my Parents for the day, that’s of course hoping that I’m home which I should be. If I remember I will take photos of the finished gifts and email them to you, it might get after Christmas but I will try! Thank you so much for all your lovely artwork and your ideas. As a disabled person I don’t get out that much now and crafting really is my everything, my therapy, my joy, my refuge, if I couldn’t craft I’d be lost.
