Syd talking about "the beep test" at 4:04 is giving me flashbacks of the pacer test. You had to run over 50 to get a 100 in the gradebook 😭 I only started playing sports my last year of hs gym and I only ran 44

The sims all turned out really cute. 😊 I really like the Cas items in this pack and that oversized shirt you picked for the computer club sims is also one of my favourites. 💕 And the beep test, I remember that as well. The BEEP test basically gave me PTSD. That shit was terrifying. I was an undiagnosed asthmatic in high school too but no one noticed and I was just called lazy by the PE teacher. Jeez.

Omg yes the beep test! Luckily all my PE teachers told us like a week before there would be a beep test so I would just stay home sick. Not done a single beep test in my life but I might have to do one this year 😩

I don’t recall having to do the Beep Test…PE teachers were a bit more sadistic. 😂 We did this thing called Suicides. A high-intensity sprinting drill, suicides consist of running to multiple progressively distant lines, within a set, as fast as you can. The lines were visitor side base line, visitor side free throw line, half court line, and home free throw line. It had to happen on the basketball court, of course, as we usually did these for the Presidential Physical Fitness Test. 😂

Omg the beep test 😂 funnily enough, I was actually good at it, but I was extremely LAZY and hated sport (and still do) so I’d purposely fail the beep test as early as possible so I could just go sit out 😂 The only time I actually tried was the first time I did it and got a pretty good score like top or second top of my class surprisingly. But after that, they made us do it at least once per year after the first year I was like nah burn this and I’d purposely fail because I didn’t wanna do it. I always purposely tried to get out of sport because I hated it, I’d pretend I was sick or had a sprained ankle or something so I could just sit off to the side and read Harry Potter, that was my priority 😂😂😂
