If you could go back 4 decades, what type of property would you buy?

Belgium specially bruxelles is a good place to invest 👌. Zero capital gains tax. Excellent returns on investment. No tax on residential rental sector. Upfront fees are high compared to the UK. But the rest is all good. The interest rates are fixed for the life of the mortgage from 10 years to 25 years. Very reasonable prices compared to London.

Im liking these interviews Saj, my concerns when growing my portfolio is the risk of tenants mistreating my property like discussed in this interview. Any tips around this, some insurances don't even cover tenant damage?

I have seen many times when you've been bending over backwards to help your tenants who have difficulties those one's turn out to be the one's who abuse your generosity. It's sad but that didn't stop me helping the next one in need. You become more careful as time goes on. Saj excellent programme interesting guest 👍 👏
