I like how you said that there were roughly 60 to 80 different "kinds" of dinosaurs which would have been on the Ark. Thank you for the great discussion. I also appreciated how you questioned evolutionist who claim that birds evolved from dinosaurs. Especially when the most bird-like dinosaur fossils are found in the upper Cretaceous layers, but the feathered bird fossils are found mixed in with the dinosaur rocks in the upper Jurassic layers which (by the secular time scale) is some 50 to 70 million years before the Cretaceous layers. So if you have birds already in the "Jurassic" time period, why would they re-evolve later a second time in the Cretaceous layer? Clear evidence of the Flood sweeping the Archaeopteryx away because it wasn't a "soaring" bird. Thank you, again!

I love the detail. I guess the only benefit in my having four earned degrees is that I am interested in everything and I think really teachable.

I like both of your answers because we all are estimating and hypothesizing to a degree, after examining the evidence, concerning the elements we have no definite answers for. We can entertain those if we are not too insistent without sufficient data, as Dr. Thomas put it, "It's not a hill I'm willing to die on." I love the topic and I'm still learning.

The book of Job! Job 40:15-24 King James Version 15 Behold now behemoth, which I made with thee; he eateth grass as an ox. 16 Lo now, his strength is in his loins, and his force is in the navel of his belly. 17 He moveth his tail like a cedar: the sinews of his stones are wrapped together. 18 His bones are as strong pieces of brass; his bones are like bars of iron. 19 He is the chief of the ways of God: he that made him can make his sword to approach unto him. 20 Surely the mountains bring him forth food, where all the beasts of the field play. 21 He lieth under the shady trees, in the covert of the reed, and fens. 22 The shady trees cover him with their shadow; the willows of the brook compass him about. 23 Behold, he drinketh up a river, and hasteth not: he trusteth that he can draw up Jordan into his mouth. 24 He taketh it with his eyes: his nose pierceth through snares. For God himself to say this to Job. Job must have known what the behemoth was!

I wonder how someone who believes that the Bible is purely man-written would argue against that. How could ancient people accidentally land on an exact description of a now known but supposedly extinct dinosaur thousands of years before the rise of paleontology; not only in its physical description, but with details about its locomotion and diet which are only recently confirmed? That would be quite a coincidence.

❮«6:00»❯...Artistic Depictions Ancient and Modern: I remember those slow moving tail dragging, elephantine grey, Bronto 𝐓𝐈𝐌𝐄 𝐋𝐈𝐅𝐄 depictions, and I likewise ponderously played with similar plastic models in my bathtub "swamp" and imagination.. So much so, that I was deeply disappointed, to learn my very favorite Dinosaur..the noble vegan "Sinclair"⛽🦕Brontosaur... wasn't really "a thing" at all... just the wrong head (far too large) on the wrong body...and in fact, there were a diversity of many dozens, different sized "Brontosaurs"...that they were probably "warm blooded"..and that, they didn't even drag their tails...but could actually run...🤯 On the other hand.. It is interesting that along with Lions, the classic gate of ancient Babylon, also artistically depicts "Dragons" 🐉, which resemble a brontosaur with a small head, at a run, and holding it's long tail aloft .....
