everything is ok sister but image is not getting blur when we select draw then paint brush and then drag small pinn box symbol then to blur the image when long pressed its not getting blur

Please notice the exact pencil tool that I selected. That will make it blur.

the pictures comes on top for me. But you can save the story with white circle and then reupload the story and add pictures now. Let me know if that works.

could be because I am using iPhone and you might be using Android. You can find circle O in android too.

Select the correct brush for it If the brush selected is wrong then it will cover whole picture.
