I've used the peekaboo pockets in my sons album from Basic Training in June. I created tags and labeled each one "lift" and attached them to the edge of the pockets so that the viewer would know that there is more to be seen.

About how to adhere them: I wish they came with directions because I have heard people say to have opening in the back, while you had the opening on the front. Which is correct. Photos will fall out sometimes when you flip the pockets.

It really depends on what way you want them to turn. I’ve done both ways and I’ve never had an issue with my photos falling out. They’re fit pretty snug in those pockets.

I always fold the pocket over the photo and adhere the adhesive on the inside so you don’t see it at all on the main page.

Where the adhesive is clear you really don’t notice it or if you do it’s not jumping out at you. Most people looking through albums are really just focused on the photos.

I do try to tuck the adhesive underneath whenever I can though.

Hi. I am using two 6x12 peekaboo pockets on my layouts. What can I use to stop them from flapping open when the pages are being turned?

Didn’t they come in an assorted pack at one time? There is also like a fold-out method, unfortunately I can’t remember how to do it.

They had a variety pack in one of the secret boxes this past year, but that was just for the box. I’m hoping Creative Memories will put a variety pack in our core li e sometime soon.

I think CTMH has a variety pack. I’ve never used the CTMH so don’t really know about them. I have used the CM ones though.
