I was not having any picture in my Instagram feed so I used this way but you can also take a picture from your Instagram feed and decorate like this. It will be decorated by pressing long on the background with the colour of your choice and "view post" option will also come.

For that you have to select the font then double click on the A in the square box on the top and then press bar multiple times and after that press enter the smudge will be formed

Click on the 6th font and then click on the dot (.) from keyboard after that click on the space bar multiple times and then double click on the font on the top denoted by (A)
