In this video I attempt to recreate some of my followers' polymer clay charms! I received lots of photos when I posted a call out, so I am working on a few more parts in this series :)

What camera do you use to film?
I use a Canon 70D with and 18-135mm lens.
What program do you edit your videos with?
2012-2017: Windows Movie Maker
2017-2020: iMovie
2021-current: Final Cut Pro X
What brand of polymer clay do you use/what is your favourite?
I mainly use Sculpey, Fimo and Premo, just because that is what is available to me. I don’t really have a particular favourite; they all have different things I like about each one.
What do you use to glaze your charms?
I currently use UV resin. You can check out my video on how I glaze my charms here- • How I Glaze My Polymer...
I’ve also used Sculpey Gloss Glaze, Triple Thick, and polyurethane in the past, but UV resin Is definitely my favourite.
How long have you been doing clay?
I started polymer clay in 2012. It is just my hobby that I do in my spare time as I also have a full-time job :)
Do you sell your charms?
Yes, the link to my shop is in every video description. I usually post a shop update video to announce when I am having a large restock and charms will be available. Otherwise, I recommend following me on Instagram (@rachyh96) to keep up with any other news!
What cupcake base mold do you use?

These are super cute!! It would be really neat to see you create a little charm using a bottle filled with shaker items, but put the head of a little animal on the cork, & arms/legs/tail on the bottle part!

I think she uses a q-tip and rubbing alcohol. That's what I do anyway--it gets away the hairs and lumps in the clay.

I'd love to see you attempt to make those small fruit slices like the one in the kawaii toast that you purchased online. It made me curious how did they fold the clay into long cylinder for us to cut into fruit slices. 😅😅🤔

So when you ( for instance) stick the sunflowers on the bunny what keeps them from coming off in the baking process ? I am new to this and see that you blend some pieces to give them security but other elements are just pressed slightly on there. Can you clarify for me?

Sculpey makes different finishes that range from satin to matte to glossy finish.
