It's that time of year again! Today I have an updated polymer clay charm collection showing you all my cute and kawaii charms, figurines and other creations I've made for my own personal collection since the last collection video! What camera do you use to film?
I use a Canon 70D with an 18-135mm lens.
What program do you edit your videos with?
2012-2017: Windows Movie Maker
2017-2020: iMovie
2021-current: Final Cut Pro X
What brand of polymer clay do you use/what is your favourite?
I mainly use Sculpey, Fimo and Premo, just because that is what is available to me. I don’t really have a particular favourite; they all have different things I like about each one.
What do you use to glaze your charms?
I currently use UV resin. You can check out my video on how I glaze my charms here- • How I Glaze My Polymer...
I’ve also used Sculpey Gloss Glaze, Triple Thick, and polyurethane in the past, but UV resin Is definitely my favourite.
How long have you been doing clay?
I started polymer clay in 2012. It is just my hobby that I do in my spare time as I also have a full-time job :)
Do you sell your charms?
Yes, the link to my shop is in every video description. I usually post a shop update video to announce when I am having a large restock and charms will be available. Otherwise, I recommend following me on Instagram (@rachyh96) to keep up with any other news!
What cupcake base mold do you use?

I adore these! They're so adorable. I plan on starting to make some charms myself as of this year. I've been going around different hobbies, picking up crocheting, sketching, sewing and quilling, now I can't wait to start with clay. It'd be nice to even do pottery some day XD

I love your charms just a question on technique - I for the life of me can’t make mouths. Every time I can get it small and thin no problem but it ends up either if I use my finger just a smeared mess before I can get it on the charm, or if I attach it with a tool it breaks when I try to bend it into a U and I end up with only part of it attached. Any suggestions? Anyway, love seeing your videos!

Have you tried different brands of clay? The consistency can make a huge difference! Other than that the only thing I can think of is to keep practicing, it takes time to get the feel for making tiny things!
