Best of luck to Tony on making blackberry wine. Those home grown cucumbers and pickles must be delicious. Your garden looks lovely. There is nothing wrong with staying home for vacation. Continue to enjoy your time off and take care.

I grew up on a farm and taking a "vacation" was a one day trip to the zoo or amusement park because we had animals and crops to manage-- and we were a family of 9, so cost was a factor. Nothing wrong with staying home and relaxing-- hope it's a really fun time for you!

Yes exactly! I feel like when you have a farm or little homestead , animals and a garden, it just changes your perspective of vaca! We are having a blast!

I prefer a week in the life to a DITL! If you don't capture your staycation, I'd love to see a video of ideas for activities and planning, and things you liked or would do differently next time. Enjoy your wine making Tony!

Oh that’s such a good idea ! Because I did decide to just soak it all in! I’m planning a little reel but I defiantly have big ideas for more staycations especially when kids are older. So I can totally do that ❤️ thanks for the idea !
