The season finale will circle back on the experiences learned during that 1st episode with Linhbergh’s mom. Parents escaped the horrors of war, immigrated to the United States, and their youngest son goes back to their home country, with his fiancé, Karissa, to experience through their eyes -a country no longer ravaged by war, but instead, it’s prospering so incredibly well that it has a very fresh and optimistic outlook for its future.
The hour-long special will see Linhbergh and Karissa traveling to Vietnam, experiencing food in Ho Chi Minh City, then taking motorbikes on a roadtrip to the mountain town of Dalat where they’ll experience what it’s like to camp, and cook in a different country!
