You mean the creator Justin Roiland? I'd go as far as 75% of the show is voiced by him. Episodes where they do the interdimensional cable episodes are 99% Justin Roiland bc he improvs the whole episode.

You forget the other co-creator of Phineas and Ferb Jeff "Swampy" Marsh voiced Major Monogram. Monogram is just as good as character as Doof, so I feel Jeff needs to be remembered for it.

The thing about a creator also doing the voices is it's so much better. Instead of someone else doing it and meshing their own interpretation of the character with the creators the creator themself can freely and truly show how they envisioned the character in their head.
