fun fact: adrenaline works by increasing blood flow and reducing pain, letting you go on for longer and do stuff that could be considered self-torture, so you can raise hell on earth then pass out in a badass way

To add onto that, when you push yourself to your limit your body screams with pain trying to get you to stop in any way. You endure that for long enough and eventually your body realizes you aren’t going to quit until you’ve won, so instead it does a complete 180 and uses absolutely everything it has to get you to achieve that goal. Strangely beautiful

After I listened to this song, a story suddenly appeared in my mind. Imagine this: You are a young man living in a fantasy world. (feel free to narrorate the battle part if you would like, but im just going to cut to the chase) ... i keel over onto my knees, coughing up blood, he struck me good in the chest, i barely dodge another swing from the hero as i fall backwards once again. i suddenly realizing the shaking was me, i was trembling, and i started to scoot backwards, coughing up more blood "R-Ryan, p-please, don't do this!" i say hoarsely, i shake as i feel the blood from my wounds dripping, and the hero says "im sorry, but your a demon... and im the hero" but i know he is lying through his teeth, he always wanted to do this, straight from the beginning, there was no way i could get out of this duel, i already spent all of my mana trying to survive. the thump of the wall tells me that i have no more room to scoot away from him, my heart starts going faster and faster, as the hero raises up his sword with a glaring grin, and to think all of this only happened because she had takin a bathroom break, but then i suddenly feel my soul say "Do you want to sacrifice yourself for revenge against all of them, those who have taken everything from you?" and with quivering eyes, i accept... i was thinking about a action roguelike game that, when run started it plays the original Credits song for my death, BUT, in the end off all your run, u given a list of choices, and the choices is started with : U will die, but, then followed by a list of menu that including all covers/remixes of this song : example : U WILL DIE, BUT - I'm taking u down with me ! - I'm the final boss - Its my LAST STAND, i gonna make it count ! etc etc

@@daystormzx2733 well you could have the original as the theme because there's no one left to fight other than the boss, that's why it would work even if it is lacking. It's the end, the credits, and the eulogy so you wouldn't want a bombastic remix or anything and I think it'd hit hard kinda like the end of DS1
