Creek Hike Bushwhack + York Haven Dam Debris Purge

Come along as I do a little creek hiking and bushwhacking while looking for a way to an unexplored section of the Riverlands State Park. Then follow along as we check the York Haven Dam and catch them in the middle of a debris purge!

That was some serious bushwacking! I could feel the spider webs while watching. LOL! Watching water flow at a rate like that is mesmerizing. Thanks for taking us along!

I've wanted to check out the base of that cliff, now I know there's a ledge. Tunnel footage was way cool! I stopped at the plant two weeks ago Wednesday, and the river level was a lot lower. I guess you can't find my hole?-) It's a little overgrown now but I could see it from the road three weeks ago.

I think the hole you're talking about is one that I have been too before. It's up in the phyllite cliffs along the river going towards Saginaw. I just have to remember the next time I'm out that way. It was surveyed and included in the 'Caves of Southeastern Pennsylvania'.

@@TopoRanger I don't remember reading about it, but you might have the right spot in mind. I'll check the actual coords next chance I get and e-mail them.
