I bet the noise they heard was probably the people trying to open the outside door into the basement and that's why the landlord showed up..to let the other tenants inside and lock the door between basement and upstairs. I don't think anyone was in there until they let the owner in.

Can I pet that dawg you can opt in to have the place by yourself. Some you can choose to stay with others but you guys all have different codes to your room but share the kitchen/ bathroom the rest of the house. But I always choose to have the place to ourselves.

Yes, I had to look it up too! And this time it’s a little more expensive for one night. the crazy part is that in their description it says the host can’t be refused entry to the house after 10pm if their is an “event.” The description classifies an “event” as “the guest still playing music, drinking and dancing.” Thank you Paris for sharing your experience.

Girl he’s still on Airbnb just changed the listing to being called “north York center executive home” and its host is now named damon🤫🤔 now there’s no reviews cause they’re acting like it’s all brand new ! Update: looks like he changed the listing and now each room is up separately. They’re all called “cosy/cozy” room. I messaged him and he responded till a few hours after the video was posted so he obviously saw. I think we did it boys and girls 🙏🏻

I wouldn’t have let him in. He’s the owner but you BOOKED that house. You have it legally in writing that you own that for however long you book it for. Unless you were like burning it down, he really had no right to be knocking on the door, watching y’all, and coming in there.

I found that its always best to take a screen shot before and after you've made a transaction. That way you have the info for yourself and your pals that are staying with you. Then when they say "that's not what it said" you can pull up the screen shot and say "that's what it said when I rented it"!

I bet the noise they heard was probably the other tenants trying to open the outside door into the basement and that's why the landlord showed up..to let the other tenants inside and lock the door between basement and upstairs. I don't think anyone was in there until they let the owner in.
