On this day, (October 31st, 2023) a moderate (level 4/5 risk) was issued in twisted. That day there was 41 tornadoes and the one i chased was an EF3 but had wind readings of 182 MPH, an EF4, however damage did not line up to EF4 intensity so those readings aren't taken into account...
