As a choral student, I agree on the stability and control. Vowels are very clear here, but I disagree on the vocal range. He is just using falsetto, although not something everyone can master, its something everyone can learn to use. And the chest register is the standard g2-f4 found in pop singers, especially in japan. If more air is used or a belt is used, higher notes can be achieved
