April 25, 2020 he died due to Brain tumor pinakita nya na lumalaban sya para mabuhay till the end... ang sakit lang maramdaman na gusto mya pa mabuhay pero sumusuko na katawan nya wla kmi magawa.😭😭😭

I recently had to have my daughter and husband cremated. Both passing days apart I have always thought burying someone was just a waste of time and money. We all end up dust. Plus I can’t stand the thought of decay. I’m grieving so hard right now just 4 months 3 weeks in, and though many don’t like this video, it oddly made me feel better. It has bothered me especially with my daughter who died alone and unexpectedly and not in a state I wished to remember her in, that there was a feeling of lack of finality. No good byes except memorial service. I can sense those parents who never find their children. It’s similar but not. Her teen told me he felt she was away and not dead. Same. I have her ashes but there was no closure. I’m glad we didn’t see her yet part of me wishes maybe I had but the biggest part was grateful that’s not the memory I carry. My husband died in my arms. Closure was had and I grieve. The pain is unfathomable. Please do not diminish what is best for the family vs the person who is no longer here and no longer worried about his shell of a body. The essense of him left long ago.

Great training video... At least they didn't show what the steel rake is used for half way through the creamation... And btw in the industry they refer to a creamation as a BBQ. The mortuary I used to work for could only BBQ two bodies a day at the most. It was a small establishment but if they got busy they would turn up the gas to BBQ faster, the only problem with that was people could see the smoke rising in the air from two miles away and would complain. Some cultures do follow their family members all the way to the cremation room but I've never seen them enter it.

When we had our mom cremated, she was wrapped with her white blanket from the hospital. She was then put inside the machine "gently" by only one person. The machine is like a drawer unlike this one that they kind of drag the body in.

It is interesting how little love and respect is given when people are alive and then when they are dead people say we should respect them. It is better to respect and love each other while you are here. Thank you for posting this because I will be cremated when I am dead. Some parents are not loved and respected deeply until after they’re dead and their children realized they did not give them any time or care. The only thing you will leave behind when you are dead is your reputation and the memories of how you made people feel.

I worked at a cementary here in the States. We had a crematory, and this, for me, was shocking!! Here, we don't remove the body from the casket because it's against the law to resell a casket someone purchased. The casket goes in the person. The family can view their love one going in, but it's from a room through a window and only a side view, so that the family is not traumatized. To see loved ones go into the oven like that is very traumatizing!! That was crazy to me! The cry of their loved one was heartbreaking!

I know, I work in the industry myself. I'm guessing that this is outside of the United States because as you know, we would never do it like this. That was so heartbreaking and traumatic to watch even for me even though I didn't know this man. Why would someone videotape a cremation beyond me. I don't understand why someone thought this was a good idea. The lady in the background that is crying must be a family member. Her cries are haunting😢 and sad. I had to have my husband cremated when he passed away in April of 2022. So, I can imagine how she feels. The loss of my husband was so hard to take butt I made sure along with our kids that his services were nice and that we made him look like he always looked every day. But, watching the actual process of his cremation is something that I would never be able to do. Our family misses him and wants to remember him when he was with us in life. Whoever thought this situation was a good idea was wrong on so many levels. Even in death are loved ones deserve respect. My prayers go out to the family.😢❤🙏🏾

If you had to process 3-5 bodies a day in the crematory for a matter of years you sort of become numb, its work at that point. You find ways to get around it mentally, otherwise you can't work. The touchy feely part is the funeral home, after that its just remains

Honestly we Buddhists even a person who died and we loved him/her with all our hearts we will never cry, It's the cycle of life we are all born, become, grow old and die it's the way of life. We can love someone as much as we do but we cannot attach ourselves to that person coz if we do we will only torture ourselves emotionally if he or she dies. Enjoy the moments we have with our loved once but when the time comes let them go, Don't cry just be hppy for them whatever suffering they had in their life they're finally free until the next reincarnation. We're all energy and energy never dies just remember that he will always be with as his atoms are all around you the body we have is temporary eventually it withers and dies. Gautama Buddha, the world is affected by suffering, death, and decay. Therefore, the wise do not mourn, knowing the terms of the world. Nobody can get peace of mind by weeping or mourning. Rather his pain will increase and his body will suffer.

In the Unite States, cremations are not handled this way. You are cremated in a wooden or heavy duty cardboard casket. If there is a family viewing/service, the dearly departed is in the cremation wooden box (which is not noticeable) and it’s inserted in a rented special casket. It is presented as a normal respectable open casket viewing. The casket is specially built for the cremation box to easily be inserted and removed.

it's from the philippines. they couldn't burn the casket as it is pretty expensive for most filipino to buy and then just burn it later on. so it is most likely for rent (as part of a cheap funeral service package). @Catherine A well, its quite the demanding feat to remain that close to the heat inside the furnace. idk if you've ever tried putting something that weighs just as much of you, nevermind that its deadweight, into a furnace that averages 1800°F (which is hot enough to melt brass metal) but it's hard to do it any slower than sliding the body in like a pizza and retreating before you burn your hands.

Welding gloves are pretty cheap, so even in a poorer country, they should have access to some type of ppe for the heat. i assume the boss wants to cheap out on ppe and have them handle cadavers like they work at Domino's, though.

She was 19 and I was 24, and I swear it cause me to sprout my first gray hairs soon after. Never went to an immediate family members funeral again after that.

I believe once you’re dead, your soul has departed from your body so the body is like an empty shell but this was unsettling. It’s hard enough to go through the burial service, seeing your loved one in a casket but to watch them shoved into the fire….I wouldn’t want to witness that. In my country (Saudi Arabia) we only do burials because this is how Muslims believe best give’s respect for the dead I also really love the idea some have of turning into soil for a tree But the concept of cremation is rather scary. (We believe in the dead being able to hear for a while plus we all heard of stories of how people were thought to be pronounced dead only to turn out to still be alive) But for my family to also witness this..I didn’t know you get to watch your loved one get swallowed by flames in an oven This feels traumatic..

The soul leaves the body immediately after death. typically a body will wait a week or two before burial in the west. plenty of time for the soul to move on!.

Cremation is really common here (the Netherlands). Ive had a few relatives that got cremated after they passed. It usually happens around a week after passing.
