* Sugar - 50 gr. / 2 tbsp. (to your taste)
* Salt - 10 gr. / 1 tsp. (to your taste)
* Baking soda - 5 gr. / 1/2 tsp.
* Boiling water - 250 ml. / 1 cup
* Crepes - 30 pcs.
