Seen this lock being done by Isa Kaishi shinshii, Hokama Tetsuhiro shinshii and Kuda Yuichi shinshii. PS this is a good example of how learning a joint lock in a standing position is NOT equivalent to learning how and/or when to use a similar lock in a ground grappling situation...
