Hi! I am new to power amps.. would you recommend Crest CPX 1500 or Peavey PV 1500? I want to power 2x TC Rs210 cabs (400w power handling @ 8Ohms)

I heard somewhere if you chain an cpx amp,the chained amp(second one) can only play mids and highs if the crossover is turned on on the first one,is that true or you can chain the amps and both amps have with crossover turned on and use both amps for bass bins?
