4:49 pf (provident fund) is like an Indian 401k. Something that gets cut from your take home salary and company matches the amount . So when u retire u get both parts. Unlike 401k though, if we increase our part of the deduction the company doesn’t match that , their contribution remains the same . Employees can extend their deduction to a level I think

Hello Firstly, this is not a criticising or negative comment but just a reminder. I have been following the channel from a long time. Before this channel used to stay in flow and follow the trend, Like uploading videos of trailers which are in hype instantly like you did with baahubali 2 and saaho Also uploading reviews of movies instantly (this was long followed) Like if the movie is releasing tomorrow, I would see you review at 10 am 11 am in the morning and from last 4 to 6 months this is reduced and other competitive channels are doing really well, like staying in trends uploading reviews and reactions to trailers instantly. You can also observe this in treding videos in india, this other competitive channels are coming there more often. This is understandable that you have grown your channel to a big scale with increased team having more and more movie reactions. But as a long time follower, I would like to recommend you to stay in trend. Recently this has seen with Kalki 2898 AD for its trailer reaction and movie reviews too.
