@CreweFirst gets some fly tipping removed in Crewe Central.
Sadly Crewe is the 'Fly Tipping Capital' of Cheshire East.
The wheelie bins across the centre of the road have been moved but are still strewn across the road.
Very strange.
Why would someone do that?
