Do not understand completely the kind of engines. Further, just ~60 hp are sufficient?

The original had 2 x 9hp :-)

@@richardraynor5242 No, I believe the inventor had used 2 x 25hp engines. Anyways of you have the time and some couple of $4k - $6k, you can actually build one yourself.

It doesn't have to. That was just a stunt. The little plane can takeoff on its own.
